Terms & Conditions

Key Definitions

  • Agreement – Any contract, proposal, or related documents governing the engagement between HireNetDevelopers.com and the client.
  • Client Materials – Content provided by the client for inclusion in the project (text, images, media, etc.).
  • Deliverables – The specific project outputs defined in the Agreement.
  • Company Tools – Any proprietary tools, code, software, frameworks, or design elements developed by HireNetDevelopers.com.
  • Final Deliverables – The completed version of the project is delivered to the client.
  • Project – Work performed under the terms of the Agreement.
  • Services – Development, consulting, and related services are outlined in the Agreement.
  • Third-Party Resources – Licensed assets or materials sourced externally, such as stock photos or software components.

Development & Service Scope

HireNetDevelopers.com delivers services as detailed in the approved proposal and Agreement. All work will follow agreed-upon milestones and timelines.

Proposal Validity

Proposals are valid for 30 days from submission. After this period, proposals may be revised or reissued.

Fees & Payment

  • Additional Costs – Third-party expenses (hosting, licenses) billed separately.
  • Expenses – Any approved project expenses will be charged at actual cost.
  • Service Fees – Must be paid according to the schedule defined in the Agreement.
  • Invoices – Payment is due within 5 days of receiving an invoice.
  • Payment Schedule – Milestones and associated payments are outlined in the Agreement.

Project Changes

  • Minor Adjustments – Changes under 20% of the project scope are billed at standard hourly rates; timelines may be updated.
  • Major Modifications – Changes exceeding 20% of the project scope require a revised proposal before work continues.
  • Proposal Acceptance – Clients must approve any proposal within 14 business days; otherwise, additional work will not proceed.

Delays

  • Client Delays – Late approvals or missing materials will extend project timelines on a day-for-day basis.
  • Company Delays – We will notify clients of any internal delays immediately.
  • External Delays – Events beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, strikes) will not constitute a breach. Timelines will adjust accordingly.

Review & Acceptance

  • Testing – Deliverables are tested using industry-standard methods before submission.
  • Review Period – Clients have 7 business days to accept or reject work, providing written feedback for any required revisions. Corrections are completed within 14 business days, followed by another 7-day review.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide content ready for use in Deliverables
  • Review and proofread all materials
  • Respond promptly to decisions regarding third-party services

Attribution & Promotion

  • Accreditation – HireNetDevelopers.com may include credit unless agreed otherwise.
  • Promotion – Completed work may appear in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.
  • Approval – Neither party should unreasonably withhold permission to reference the project.

Confidentiality

All information labeled confidential must remain private. Publicly known information or content obtained lawfully from third parties is excluded.

Relationship & Liability

  • Independent Contractor – HireNetDevelopers.com operates independently; no employment, partnership, or agency relationship exists.
  • Third-Party Contractors – Subcontractors may be engaged, but the company retains full responsibility.
  • Non-Exclusivity – Both parties may work with others.
  • Liability – Services are provided “as is.” Liability is limited to amounts paid by the client.

Work Product Rights

  • License – Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use Deliverables as agreed. Modification or derivative works require written permission.

Support & Warranty

  • Maintenance and Warranty: We offer reasonable and commercially standard support to maintain, correct, or update any deliverables. Such support will be invoiced at our regular hourly rates. Please note that our warranty becomes void if any third party modifies, alters, or interferes with the deliverables, and we will not assume responsibility for issues arising from such changes.

We also retain the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications made.
